Crowd Strike Services is seeking a Platform Associate Resident Consultant who would be responsible for the planning, deployment, implementation, and operational support of the Crowd Strike Falcon platform and related applications. The Platform Associate Resident Consultant will have responsibility for all aspects of the deployment from the initial customer engagement, planning, installation, optimization/utility and follow-on customer support for the Crowd Strike platform & applications.

Customer Partnership & Strategy

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned strategic customer accounts
• Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer security teams and leadership
• Understand customer security operations workflows, use cases, and business objectives
• Mentor customer teams on Falcon best practices and threat hunting techniques

• Providing technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance with the deployment of the Crowd Strike Falcon platform and associated applications
• Assisting customer with operationalizing all modules of the Falcon platform
• Troubleshoot customer issues across small to large enterprises
• Utilize and engineer native and 3rd party software deployment technologies
• Develop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs
• Customer project planning and status
• Work closely and collaboratively with customer information technology teams
• Leveraging Crowd Strike applications (Exposure Management, for example) provide support to customers in vulnerability and asset management
• Assist customers with the integration of Crowd Strike into existing tools
• Support both Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with deployment of Falcon and Falcon Forensics Collectors
• Work closely and collaboratively with Professional Services team to develop customer facing collateral
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline, and 2 years of experience performing IT deployments or in an end user/customer environment
