We are seeking a Senior Service Now Integration & Automation Engineer to join our IT organization, hybrid-based in Durham, NC. This role combines Service Now development, infrastructure automation, and release coordination, building and maintaining integrations across our technology ecosystem while acting as the senior escalation point for integration issues. The ideal candidate drives automation that reduces manual work across support, deployments, and monitoring, and keeps the release process on track and high-quality.

• Drive automation efforts targeting application support activities, deployments, health checks, monitoring, and alerting activities
• Support automation, orchestration, and integration initiatives based on Service Now
• Develop enhancements in coordination with the offshore managed service team, including (but not limited to) creating requests, updating forms, customizing the portal, and customizing process workflows
• Collaborate with Application Users/Operations Teams to understand requirements and use cases, and transform them into Self-Service options
