All travel expenses, including flights, hotels, mileage, and daily meal allowances, are covered.

- Provide clear communication and status updates to facility leadership and Corporate IT
- Document work, update ticketing systems, and maintain accurate project records
- Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining ownership through resolution
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support, field services, or desktop support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, Windows operating systems, networking, and Active Directory
- Experience working independently in customer-facing environments
- Ability to coordinate projects, manage priorities, and lead work efforts in the field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable interacting with technical teams, site leadership, vendors, and end users
- Ability to travel extensively and work across multiple locations
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or similar certifications
- ITIL knowledge or experience
- Experience supporting healthcare environments
- Server hardware experience
- Asset management and inventory control experience
