We Are Hiring Crypto Strategy & Automation Specialist :
Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an analytical and versatile Crypto Strategy & Automation Specialist with solid knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and trading strategies.

The role combines crypto expertise, process understanding, and workflow automation.

The successful candidate will implement, test, improve, and automate crypto strategies using a workflowbased tool similar to n8n.

This is not a traditional software development role.

The focus is on understanding trading requirements, translating them into clear process logic, and implementing them in a workflow environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Implement existing crypto trading strategies in a workflow-based environment
Further develop and optimize existing strategies
Implement new strategies based on business requirements and ideas
Develop own ideas for strategy improvements and new approaches
Translate trading requirements into clear process and decision logic
Build and maintain workflows using a tool similar to n8n
Automate recurring trading and business processes
Test and validate strategies and workflows
Analyze test results and identify errors, weaknesses, and optimization opportunities
Use data to evaluate and improve strategies
Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams
Document strategies, processes, and workflows

Required Qualifications Crypto & Trading

Solid knowledge of cryptocurrencies and crypto markets
Good understanding of crypto trading, order types, and market mechanics
Ability to understand, analyze, and further develop existing trading strategies
Ability to translate strategy ideas into practical implementations
Ability to develop and evaluate own strategy ideas
Good understanding of risks, edge cases, and potential failures in automated strategies Process & Workflow
Strong analytical and structured thinking
Ability to translate requirements into clear and unambiguous process logic
Basic to good understanding of BPMN or similar process modeling concepts
Experience with workflow, process automation, or low-code tools is an advantage
Ability to quickly learn and work with new workflow platforms Data & Database
Basic understanding of relational databases
Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL
Understanding of how data is stored, queried, and related
Ability to use data for basic analysis, testing, and validation Nice-to-Have
Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms
Good SQL skills
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and structured data
Experience with automated trading strategies or trading systems
Experience with backtesting and strategy evaluation
Experience with exchange or market data
Basic Python, JavaScript, or similar programming knowledge
