IT Project Manager - Exp in Online Product Website - Onsite - Kensington, PA

We are looking for a solid Senior IT Project Manager(s). Specific experience in Agile Development and/or Product Launch skills (via Online Product Website) are of key interest

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives from planning through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing Agile development projects and/or online product launches
, particularly projects involving customer-facing websites, digital products, and e-commerce or web platforms.

This role requires a hands-on project leader who can work effectively with business stakeholders, product teams, software engineers, QA, UX/UI, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

• Lead end-to-end IT projects from initiation and requirements gathering through development, testing, launch, and post-production support.
• Manage Agile/Scrum development teams
  , facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, UX/UI, and business stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and deliverables.
• Drive online product and website launches
  , coordinating technical, business, marketing, content, and operational readiness.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resource plans.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Track project progress and provide clear status reporting to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure accountability for deliverables.
• Manage UAT, release readiness, deployment, launch activities, and transition to support.
• Ensure projects meet quality, security, performance, and business requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and resolve issues that could impact project timelines or objectives.
• Continuously improve project delivery processes, Agile practices, and team effectiveness.

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management
  , with experience leading medium-to-large technology initiatives.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles.
• Demonstrated experience managing digital/web projects or online product launches
  .
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technology teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of software development, QA/testing, deployment, and release management processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and competing deadlines.
• Strong experience with project management and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, or similar platforms

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience launching customer-facing websites, digital products, e-commerce platforms, or online services.
• PMP, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or similar certification.
• Experience working in product-led or digital transformation environments.
• Experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms, APIs, and modern software development practices.
• Experience managing projects involving multiple development squads or distributed teams.
