As a Senior Facets Product Consultant
, you will make an impact by helping healthcare payer organizations optimize their claims and benefits operations through deep Facets expertise and strategic consulting. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading requirements discovery, analyzing business processes, and recommending solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

You will be a valued member of the Healthcare Consulting team, working closely with business stakeholders, operational leaders, technical teams, and delivery partners to support transformational initiatives across claims and benefits administration.

• Lead requirements discovery workshops with client stakeholders to define business objectives, operational processes, key performance indicators (KPIs), and desired outcomes related to claims and benefits administration.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Facets functionality, including benefits configuration, evidence of coverage, claims processing, and end-to-end payer operations.
• Analyze business requirements and system capabilities to identify solution options, troubleshoot complex issues, and recommend best-practice approaches.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to interpret configuration, validate solutions, and ensure alignment between business needs and system functionality.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and provide guidance to client teams while partnering effectively across onshore and offshore delivery organizations.

• Extensive experience working with the Tri Zetto Facets platform in a business analysis, consulting, product consulting, or solution advisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare payer operations, including claims administration, benefits management, and evidence of coverage structures.
• Experience conducting requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder workshops.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems, interpret system configurations, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong understanding of Facets data structures and core platform functionality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience collaborating effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and distributed onshore/offshore delivery teams.

• Experience supporting Facets implementation, modernization, migration, or optimization initiatives.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and payer industry best practices.
• Experience working within large enterprise healthcare organizations or consulting environments.
• Familiarity with healthcare data analysis, reporting, and operational performance metrics.
• Experience leading client-facing workshops and executive stakeholder discussions.
