Field Service Engineer supporting Agilent Pathology and Genomics instruments, focusing on on-site installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Objectives include ensuring optimal system performance, customer satisfaction, and proactive issue resolution.
Responsibilities encompass hardware/software/network setup, diagnosing problems, performing repairs, and advising on configurations; may include delivering technical training and managing product escalations.
RequirementsRequirements:
Bachelor’s or higher in biochemistry, biotechnology, or related fields; 1-2+ years’ experience with analytical instrumentation, specifically Pathology/IHC equipment; familiarity with ISO 13485 standards; excellent communication and customer relationship skills; ability to travel 80%, with a valid driver’s license. Preferred qualifications include experience in medical diagnostics and troubleshooting within regulated environments.
