We are seeking a
Workday HCM Technology Manager
to join our team. This position is based at our Corporate Support Center in Irving, TX. The Workday HCM Technology Manager is a hands-on Workday professional that serves as the primary owner of the Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and HCM modules in addition to general support of the platform. You'll serve as a critical technical partner and stakeholder liaison - bridging the gap between systems capabilities and the needs of the Human Resources Department.

• Provide business and technical analysis for Workday HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, and other modules.
• Lead collaborative efforts with various business partners, stakeholders, and external partner resources to plan, design, and implement new and improved business solutions.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer for activities with CEC staff across HR functional areas.
• Engage in the Workday community to create, prioritize, and manage feature requests on the Workday Roadmap.
• Review, test, and communicate new features and enhancements in the bi-annual Workday Releases.
• Perform and/or attend training, create documentation, and support implementation of new Workday modules as selected by the CEC Workday Steering Committee.
• Effectively prioritize, escal[e], and troubleshoot production Workday issues with emphasis on root cause analysis and its resolution.
• Develop and deliver reporting to leadership of the different support areas.
• Conduct system audits and maintain data quality.
• Manage testing strategies for releases and system changes.

• 4+ years of Workday Human Resource (HR) experience required
• Experience with Paradox is a plus
• Experience partnering with key business executives and stakeholders and vendors
• Experience conferring with technical and functional experts at all levels of the enterprise in a continuous improvement environment
• Experience in best practices configuring business process steps such as Action, Approval, Approval Chain, Checklist and creating appropriate Workday security roles
• Ability to build and modify custom Workday reports and calculated fields
• Demonstrated experience building, implementing, and troubleshooting EIBs and Workday integrations
• Ability to independently interact and collaborate with all levels of personnel
• Experience in Change Management to ensure successful, and organized deployment and adoption
• Ability to exercise integrity and discretion with highly confidential information
• Experience improving usability and user experience (UX) in Workday
• Experience in ITIL and customer service principles a plus
