As a Senior Technical Writer, you will transform complex technical information into clear, accessible documentation tailored to various audiences. You will ensure high-quality technical communication by establishing standards and maintaining a robust knowledge base for both internal and external users.

• Create and manage comprehensive documentation including API references, user guides, and internal wikis.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate technical concepts into simple, precise language.
• Design and maintain documentation templates to ensure consistency in structure, style, and organization.
• Develop and optimize API documentation, including code samples and migration paths for developers.
• Implement and govern technical writing standards and style guides across all documentation outputs.

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
• Proven expertise in creating technical documentation, including API docs, user guides, and internal knowledge management.
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence, Git Book, and MkDocs.
• Advanced skills in writing and formatting content using Markdown.
• Strong background in documenting complex API endpoints and workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
