Virtual Assistant; Digital Marketing; WFH

Role Overview We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant with corporate work experience and excellent English communication skills to support our client management and reporting operations. This is a work-from-home position requiring 67 dedicated hours daily. Complete hands-on training on digital marketing platforms, agency tools, and reporting workflows will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Reporting: Review, audit, and organize daily performance reports and campaign metrics.
• Client Support: Manage client queries, updates, and routine correspondence with high professionalism via email and chat.
• Workflow Coordination: Track task progress, liaise between internal teams, and ensure client deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate communication logs, update spreadsheets, and assist with general administrative duties.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience working in a structured corporate environment.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills (clear, professional, and articulate).
• Availability: 6–7 dedicated hours per day, working remotely from home.
