Ares Enterprise is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead business process analysis, requirements management, Agile project delivery, and Service Now application development initiatives supporting Federal Government clients.

The Business Analyst / Project Manager will serve as the functional lead for a three-person Agile development team and act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, product owners, executive leadership, and technical personnel. This position is responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, managing project execution, overseeing application development activities, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality products that improve operational efficiency and mission outcomes.

The successful candidate will support Service Now platform modernization, custom application development, process automation, governance initiatives, reporting solutions, and continuous improvement efforts utilizing Agile and Dev Sec Ops  methodologies.

• Lead and supervise a team of three (3) software development professionals, providing task prioritization, workload management, mentoring, and quality oversight.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirements workshops, discovery sessions, and business process reviews.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, workflow diagrams, and business requirements documentation.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource planning.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate activities between business stakeholders, developers, architects, testers, security personnel, and Government representatives.
• Monitor project performance and prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, presentations, and briefings.
• Support Service Now platform enhancements, custom application development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, security, quality assurance, and documentation standards.
• Identify opportunities for business process improvement, automation, and modernization.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, change management, and end-user adoption activities.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, standard operating procedures, training materials, and technical artifacts.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring successful delivery of contract requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Ownership, or Program Management roles.
• Minimum five (5) years supporting Federal Government IT programs.
• Experience leading software development or Agile delivery teams.
• Experience managing requirements throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience developing user stories, acceptance criteria, business process models, and workflow diagrams.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Dev Sec Ops  methodologies.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Azure Dev Ops, Jira, or similar…
