About the Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Vendor Risk Program Coordinator to join the Tailored Brands Strategic Sourcing & Procurement team. The Vendor Risk Program Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of the company’s vendor risk management program, helping ensure third-party relationships are onboarded, assessed, monitored, and documented in a consistent, timely, and audit-ready manner. The role partners closely with Procurement, Information Security, Privacy, Legal, Finance, Accounts Payable, and business stakeholders to facilitate vendor due diligence, maintain accurate vendor risk records, track remediation activities, and support ongoing program reporting and oversight.

To be successful in this role, you will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a foundational understanding of procurement and third-party risk processes, and the ability to leverage systems, data, and process discipline to enhance vendor oversight and mitigate enterprise risk.

This is a remote, Houston-based position.

While you will primarily work from home, occasional onsite meetings and team events are required at our Houston corporate office.

  • Support periodic vendor reviews and ongoing monitoring activities based on vendor criticality, risk profile, spend, data access, and service dependency.
  • Prepare vendor risk reporting, dashboards, metrics, and status updates for Procurement leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and governance forums.
  • Assist with contract and renewal reviews by identifying required risk-related documentation, approvals, security/privacy inputs, and process gaps.
