Qualifications:

Level II
- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Business Analyst

Between four (4) and seven (7) years of client focused business and requirements analysis experience and documentation including: working on a team of BAs, conducting requirements gathering sessions, analyzing requirements gathered, Identifying, documenting, and validating system requirements for continuous integration and deployment, preparing proposals for best fit technology based on requirements elicited.

Minimum of two years working in an Integrated Eligibility System Program in various work streams including Child Support in a Health and Human Service settings.

Desirable

Qualifications:

Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience identifying, documenting and validating system requirements across multiple agencies, including working on a modernization work extracting and documenting legacy system logic and business rules with a focus on the Human Service Child Support domain.

Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience conducting business process analysis and optimization, documenting As-Is and proposing To-Be web-based client facing applications.

Between four (4) and seven (7) years of creating requirements documentation (process flows, user stories, wireframes, specifications) while adhering to pre-established templates within a requirement management tools like Blueprint.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements for the Integrated Eligibility System.
Work with subject matter experts to identify and document business rules and stakeholder needs.
Conduct business process analysis to understand current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze business needs and project requirements.
Develop clear and comprehensive functional requirements.
Recommend business process improvements that support organizational goals and project objectives.
Apply knowledge of technical architecture to support requirements analysis and solution development.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements and proposed solutions address business needs.
Support the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives.
Ensure solutions align with organizational goals and project objectives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Attend monthly in-person meetings at the Albany office when approved for 100% remote work.
Be available for major milestone meetings as needed.
