Floowi connects top LATAM professionals with leading U.S. companies through remote talent solutions. Our mission is to make LATAM the world's premier hub for growth and excellence.
About our Client:Our client is a U.S. digital marketing agency that manages paid media, web, and analytics programs for a portfolio of B2B and consumer accounts, including clients in regulated verticals such as behavioral health, addiction treatment, and telehealth. The agency runs on documented standards and processes, with clear conventions for tracking, reporting, keyword management, and testing, and a strong culture of precision and accountability across client accounts.
ShortDescription:
We're seeking a detail-obsessed Paid Ads Specialist to support the day-to-day management and execution of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Linked In, and other paid channels. This is an internal execution role: you'll work directly with the Paid Ads Lead and account managers rather than with clients, keeping accounts healthy, budgets on pace, and reporting accurate. The role follows a recommend-then-approve model, so optimizations are researched, documented, and proposed for sign-off rather than pushed live independently.
It's a strong fit for someone who is conservative and careful by nature, comfortable working with numbers, and takes pride in getting details exactly right and on time.
100% Remote (LATAM only)
Language Requirements:Advanced English (C1+)
Schedule:Full-time, aligned with EST
Start Date:ASAP
Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary in USD
Remote-first flexibility. Work from anywhere.
Responsibilities:- Perform daily account management across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, and other paid platforms for assigned client accounts.
- Monitor budget pacing, performance trends, and account health, escalating anomalies to the Paid Ads Lead instead of making unapproved changes.
- Research and build targeted keyword and negative-keyword lists, and run search-term mining following the agency's documented standards.
- Research and build audience segments for paid social campaigns.
- Recommend optimizations across bids, budgets, targeting, ad copy, and creative tests for approval before anything goes live.
- Support A/B test setup and reporting according to the agency's testing SOP.
- Maintain reporting dashboards in Databox and platform-native reporting, and flag data discrepancies proactively.
- Flag LegitScript and compliance considerations for regulated verticals before any campaign launch.
- Apply UTM parameter, naming, and reporting conventions exactly as documented.
- Stay current on paid media platform updates and flag relevant changes to the Paid Ads Lead.
- Track time and tasks daily in Teamwork against the correct client and task.
- Hands-on paid ads experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads kedIn Ads and additional paid channels are a plus.
- Google Ads Search Certification (required). Meta Blueprint, Google Ads Display, and GA4 certifications are a plus.
- Prior agency experience managing multiple client accounts in parallel, preferred.
- Exceptionally strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, analytics, and platform reporting.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload across several accounts and consistently meet deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal English for internal reporting, documentation, and escalation.
- Ability to follow documented conventions and processes precisely, and comfort operating in a recommend-then-approve environment rather than acting independently on live accounts.
- Experience with regulated verticals such as behavioral health, rehab, addiction treatment, or telehealth is a strong plus.
