Boeing Intelligence and Analytics is looking for a Mid-Level Integrated Master Scheduler to join a dynamic team supporting multiple different Intelligence Community Programs.

  • On these programs, you will translate customer needs into detailed requirements and develop integrated software and support processes enabling the transformation of information into intelligence for decision advantage.
  • Candidates must be able to adapt in an exciting, dynamic operational environment while maintaining relationships with stakeholders and customers.
  • Developing comprehensive program schedules in Microsoft Project 2024, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives and milestones.
  • Leading the resolution of program issues, uncovering and resolving issues associated with the development and implementation of operational programs, and analyzing program metrics.
  • Recommending program recovery acceleration plans, changes, and corrective actions, while leading the implementation of Program Management Best Practices and conducting Independent Reviews.
  • Developing and implementing customer and program communication and contact plans to ensure effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong ability to identify and manage key program level interfaces between activities, teams, suppliers, partners, and customers.
  • Proven track record in resolving program issues, analyzing program metrics, and recommending recovery acceleration plans and corrective actions.
  • Expertise in implementing Program Management Best Practices and conducting Independent Reviews.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective communication and contact plans.
Experience and Qualifications:

To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:

Required Education and Years of

Experience:
  • 8 Years of experience in Project Scheduling roles or ahighly related field of work with similar scope and responsibilities.
  • A Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience and a Master’s Degree may be substituted for 6 years of experience.
Required Qualifications:
  • TS/SCI with an active CI Polygraph
  • Expertise in developing and managing comprehensive program schedules.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project 2024
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint)
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules, including potential shift work
Desired

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge or experience in Milestones Professional 2025
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in program management.
  • Experience in leading highly complex program architectures and plans across diverse teams and stakeholders

Summary Pay Range:

Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

$85,000 - $117,000
