Job SummaryWe’re looking for a Web Designer/Developer to help maintain and continuously improve our clients’ Word Press websites. This role is focused on ongoing site updates, designing new landing pages in Figma (or similar), and building them out in Elementor. It’s a great fit for someone early in their web design/development career who’s looking to grow their skills on a variety of real client sites, as well as for experienced designers/developers looking for flexible, part-time remote work.
This role reports directly to our Director of Web Projects.
While the position is part-time, there is an opportunity for a long-term/full-time role as our client roster grows.
Duties & Responsibilities- Design landing pages in Figma (or similar tools), aligned to brand and campaign requirements
- Build out landing pages and site updates in Word Press using Elementor
- Perform ongoing maintenance on existing Word Press sites: content updates, plugin updates, bug fixes, and general troubleshooting
- Make routine edits and improvements to existing pages and site elements
- Set up and configure forms and basic tracking (e.g., GA4)
- Collaborate with marketing and creative team members to support campaigns and landing page requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner
- Maintain basic documentation of site updates and processes
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Word Press websites
- Familiarity with Elementor (or comparable Word Press page builders)
- Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Strong attention to detail and ability to match designs pixel‑for‑pixel
- Comfortable managing multiple small projects and deadlines
- Clear communicator, comfortable collaborating remotely with a small team
- Curious and willing to learn new tools, platforms, and techniques as needed
- Basic familiarity with GA4 or other analytics tools, a plus
- Experience with e-commerce and Shopify, a plus
