Systems Quality Assurance Analyst

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a TOSCA UAT Tester to join their team. As a TOSCA UAT Tester, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the Testing Transformation Initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: TOSCA UAT Tester

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: 60-65/hr

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Tosca.
• Identify opportunities to transition manual testing processes into automated solutions.
• Perform comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and validation.
• Partner with business stakeholders to validate requirements and confirm expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure high-quality releases.

• Significant experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Tosca.
• Proven experience with Selenium, Playwright, Tricentis Tosca, Hyper Execute, and ALM Octane.
• Minimum 5+ years of QA, Testing, or related experience.
• 3-4+ years of hands-on UAT testing experience within a Commercial Banking environment.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, defect management, and test reporting.
