Design & Frontend Specialist
Role Type: Contractor

micro1 is seeking Design & Frontend Specialists to support a customer project focused on design, UX, and frontend technical reasoning for AI training.
No prior AI experience is required.
- Analyze design and frontend challenges and explain technical decisions.
- Create and review design docs, research reports, RFCs, and ADRs.
- Evaluate design systems, accessibility, and frontend architecture.
- Analyze trade-offs, constraints, and user impact.
- Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Product, UX & UI/Visual Design
- Design Systems & Figma
- JavaScript / Type Script & React
- Accessibility
- Design & Technical Rationale Writing
- Design Docs, Research Reports, RFCs/ADRs
- Trade-Off Analysis
- Analytical Writing & Complex Information Synthesis
- Attention to Detail
- 3+ years of experience in product design, UX, UI, or frontend engineering.
- Strong design/technical documentation and analytical writing skills.
- Experience with Figma, design systems, accessibility, and modern frontend technologies.
