Role:
IT Asset Management Coordinator – Software
Location Requirement:Charlotte, NC & Purchase, NY
- Need Local candidates only
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Software Procurement: Experience working with software procurement processes is required.
- Contract Management: Experience managing software contracts, including renewals, is required.
- Asset Management:
Experience with IT asset management and maintaining accurate software/license records. - ITSM Platforms: Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms is required.
- Microsoft Excel: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
- Software Renewals: Manage and coordinate annual software renewals and licensing activities.
- Ticket Management: Create, track, and update IT/software-related tickets.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and software vendors to ensure timely renewals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of software licenses, contracts, renewals, and related documentation.
