** Your Skills and Expertise
** To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of experience in an application or data roleORHigh school/ GED and 11 years of experience in an application or data roleANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
• 4 years in commercial operations, data management, or similar experience with business domain and process understanding.  
• 4 years with one of the following Python, Java, SQL, Shell, Go, Rust.  
• 3 years leveraging and deploying solutions on cloud native data services such as Azure, AWS, Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks.  
• 1 year experience doing LLM agentic AI systems including multi-task orchestration, memory context management, or similar concepts

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
• Hands-on experience with Developing on Microsoft platforms like Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Foundry  
• Hands-on experience with Using coding harnesses with one of the following Open AI Codex, Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot  
• Hands-on experience with Deploying cloud infrastructure as code (IaC) using one or more of the following technologies:
Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, Puppet, Chef, etc.
