Senior Network and Computer Systems Administrator
Location:
Alexandria - Metro Park
Work Type: Full-Time Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Remote Work: 50%
Job Description:
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others.
- Qualifications
TS/SCI clearance - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology related area of study; 7 years’ experience implementing security principles and administering IT systems. Experience with Linux operating systems, containers, AWS, monitoring network availability and performing necessary maintenance to support network availability and network security measures. 6 years of experience administering IT systems may substitute for academic degree
- Privileged access positions require compliance with DoDD 8570.01-M IA certifications; IAT Level II baseline and computing environment certifications such as Security + and an AWS certification
