We are seeking a Data Operations Specialist to join our remote operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and optimizing processes to support our consulting teams and clients. This is a critical role that bridges technical data management with business operations.

• Data Pipeline Management: Build, maintain, and troubleshoot data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure reliable data flow across systems.
• Data Quality & Validation: Implement and maintain data validation protocols to ensure accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting and decision-making.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and automate manual tasks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams to understand data requirements and resolve issues.
• Documentation: Create and maintain standard operating procedures, data dictionaries, and process documentation.

• 1+ years of experience in data operations, data analytics, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and troubleshooting.
• Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Metabase.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
• Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
