Open Train AI is seeking a Developmental Psychology AI Training Expert to evaluate and annotate child development and developmental psychology datasets used to improve AI systems. The role combines expert psychological judgment with careful review of model outputs, scenarios, and guidance.

You will consider developmental relevance, cultural appropriateness, and the linguistic, cognitive, and psychosocial dimensions of children's learning and behavior. The role is listed as entry level, but it requires PhD-level knowledge of child development or developmental psychology.
