Connoisseur Media is seeking a Project-Based Digital Project Coordinator to join our Corporate Digital team in a fully remote role based anywhere in the United States. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys diving into a focused, high-impact project and seeing it through from start to finish. In this role, you'll play a key part in migrating our portfolio of digital assets to a new web and mobile app platform, helping shape the future of our digital presence.

This position is based on business needs and performance.

Reporting directly to the Director of Digital, we're looking for an organized, execution-focused professional who understands website fundamentals, has exceptional attention to detail, and thrives working independently. If you enjoy checking items off a project plan, working within CMS platforms, solving problems, and bringing complex digital projects to completion, we'd love to hear from you.

• Content & Page Migration:
  Migrate articles, posts, and media from legacy Word Press sites into the new Audio Space backend, rebuilding and formatting pages to ensure high-quality presentation.
• Graphic & Asset Optimization:
  Resize, crop, and reformat digital images and promotional assets using basic design tools to meet exact web and mobile layout specs.
• Mobile App QA & Store Preparation:
  Conduct end-to-end mobile app testing, capture required screenshots, and compile asset information to prepare apps for App Store and Google Play submissions.
• Quality Assurance & Auditing:
  Perform thorough QA on migrated sites and apps to test functionality, fix broken links, verify formatting, and uphold brand standards.
• Analytics & SEO Continuity:
  Verify Google Analytics (GA4) tracking tags and update Google Search Console (GSC) properties across new sites to safeguard data tracking, sitemaps, and search engine indexing.
• Project Tracking & Coordination:
  Monitor personal progress against migration timelines, keep project schedules on track, and flag technical roadblocks
• Vendor & Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Partner with vendors and internal support teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure a seamless system launch.

• 1-3 Years of Digital
  
  Experience:
  
  Background in web operations, content management, or digital project coordination.
• CMS & Web Fundamentals:
  Practical experience navigating CMS platforms (Word Press experience preferred) and a basic understanding of web page structure and front-end mechanics.
• Basic Image Editing
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency with tools like Photoshop, Canva, or Figma to quickly manipulate images for web and mobile.
• Basic Analytics & SEO Knowledge:
  Working familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console, including basic tag implementation, property verification, and sitemap submission.
• Mobile Testing Familiarity:
  Ability to methodically test mobile applications across devices and organize screenshots/metadata for app store listings.
• Self-Motivated & Organized:
  Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work independently, manage timelines, and execute detailed tasks with minimal supervision.
