Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year

We are a value-added reseller (VAR) and technology solutions provider serving customers throughout the southeastern United States, with a strong focus on K-12 school districts and higher education institutions.

We partner with customers to design, implement, and modernize the infrastructure their organizations depend on every day. Our work spans servers, storage, virtualization, backup and disaster recovery, networking, Microsoft 365, and hybrid infrastructure.

As a VAR, our engineers work across a variety of customer environments and technologies rather than supporting a single internal environment. You'll work directly with customers from technical discovery and solution design through implementation, migration, and handoff, helping them choose and deploy solutions that fit their technical requirements, budgets, and long-term goals.

• High technical ownership
  - Lead infrastructure projects from initial discovery and design through implementation and customer handoff.
• Broad technology exposure
  - Work across servers, storage, virtualization, backup/DR, networking, Microsoft 365, and hybrid infrastructure rather than being siloed into one technology.
• Customer-façing engineering
  - Work directly with IT leaders and technical teams to solve real infrastructure challenges and become a trusted technical resource.

  - Support K-12 school districts and higher education institutions whose infrastructure directly supports students, educators, and critical school operations.
• Complex project work
  - Lead migrations, infrastructure refreshes, deployments, upgrades, and modernization initiatives across a variety of customer environments.

We are seeking a Senior Server, Storage & Network Engineer to design, implement, and support infrastructure solutions for our customers. This customer‑facing role combines hands‑on engineering, technical consulting, and project delivery across server, virtualization, storage, backup, and network environments.

The ideal candidate can translate customer needs into practical solutions, lead complex deployments, and build trusted relationships with technology teams. Experience supporting K‑12 school districts and higher education institutions is strongly preferred.

• Solution Design & Technical Consulting
  • Assess customer infrastructure, identify gaps, and recommend solutions that fit technical requirements, staffing, and budgets.
  • Design reliable, secure, and scalable server, storage, virtualization, and network environments.
  • Partner with sales and account teams on technical discovery, solution validation, demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Develop technical design, bills of material, statements of work, and implementation estimates.
  • Explain technical options and tradeoffs clearly to IT staff, administrators, and leadership.
• Implementation & Project Delivery
  • Lead customer deployments, migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure refresh projects.
  • Install and configure physical servers, hypervisors, SAN/NAS storage, and backup platforms.
  • Deploy and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, and VPN solutions.
