Relativity is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software and networked systems for a mix of technical and non-technical customers. You will handle tickets via Salesforce, respond to inquiries by phone and email, and develop deep product knowledge.
The role features a 4x10-hour shift (Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM CST) with a meal break, a compensation differential, and requires ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
