The Conservation & Environment IT Delivery Center (CEDC) is seeking a Senior Applications Developer to serve as a team lead in our Harrisburg Office. This role supports advanced administration, development, and growth of the Salesforce platform within the Conservation & Environment IT Delivery Center. The position ensures security, stability, and alignment with agency goals while helping build internal expertise. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will perform the following duties:

• Platform Administration:
  Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, and security controls to maintain data integrity and policy compliance
• Data Modeling:
  Design complex data structures and automation tools that support evolving business needs
• Reporting Development:
  Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide useful operational and executive insights
• Issue Resolution:
  Troubleshoot advanced platform problems and coordinate solutions to maintain reliable operations
• Custom Development:
  Build and deploy Salesforce components to meet complex agency requirements
• Integration Support:
  Develop and manage secure and sustainable connections with internal and external systems

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
• Telework:
  You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.

• One year as an Applications Developer 2 or Computer Programmer 4 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
• Five years of information technology experience that includes three years of experience in applications development or applications maintenance; or
• Three years of information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, and an associate’s degree in any information technology field; or
• One year of information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, and a bachelor's degree in any information technology field; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.

• This particular position also requires one or more years of full-time professional information technology experience developing custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce (where applicable) and Flow.
