Channel Development Lead

The Channel Development Lead defines the sales product strategy for single or multiple lines of business targeting specific markets and/or business segments. The Channel Development Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

The Channel Development Lead develops key performance indicators to drive sales program effectiveness and to ensure cost efficiencies. Provide data driven expertise and management reporting to improve sales performance and increase market share. Develop go to market strategies and identify new business opportunities to increase overall sales portfolio. Identify key areas of improvement through trend and utilization analysis. Collaborate closely with business leaders, marketing and finance to ensure effective, strategic, and competitive sales plans.

Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Solves complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Describes the tools, technologies, applications and practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, and present an organization's raw data in order to create insightful and actionable business information. Generates ad hoc reports and regular datasets or reports information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts.

Integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements. Programs and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports, and other end-user information portals or resources. May create specifications for reports based on business requests. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

As a Channel Development Lead, you will:

• Be the first touchpoint for product leader data needs, responsible for identifying solutions both home-grown and in partnership with other data and analytic teams, including our own data science team.
• Lead the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of measurement strategies used to move our business forward and elevate our OKRs in the right direction.
• Both present and prepare product leaders to present insights on their teams and programs leading to improvement, operational efficiency, and trend savings.
• Support data and report process efficiency including through automation, documentation, and best practices, delivering consistent look-and-feel to end-users.

• 8 or more years of experience in reporting, data and analytics
• 2 or more years of business facing experience
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools
• Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations
• Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate requirements between business, project management and technical projects or programs
• Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data
• Proficiency in verbal/written communication to senior and executive leadership
• Ability to present to executive leadership

• Bachelor's Degree
• PMP Certification
• Active or previous health license for Medicare
• Experience training and/or coaching professional
• Strong business acumen
• Knowledge of Sales Force and/or Smartsheet
