Position:
Salesforce QA Lead with SOC/Audit Experience
Duration: 6-12 Months
Location:
100% Remote
GC and USC only
What will this person be doing on a day-to-day basis? What are the main objectives for this role?- Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to approximately 7 QA resources.
- Help organize priorities and ensure QA work is progressing and being completed.
- Provide guidance and support when individuals or teams are struggling.
- Lead by example and remain hands-on with QA and systems.
- Follow up on work and hold the team accountable for deliverables.
- Support Salesforce as well as other projects across the organization.
- May assist with SOC auditing and audit responses.
- Formal performance reviews will remain with Rick.
- Strong QA leadership/QA Lead experience.
- Salesforce experience is highly preferred and more important than SOC/audit experience.
- Strong manual QA and system-testing background.
- Experience working in an environment with test automation.
- Ability to write tests/test cases that can eventually be automated; does not need to personally develop the automation.
- Strong ownership, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to lead by example and hold QA resources accountable.
- SOC/audit and audit-response experience is beneficial.
