Technical Scrum Master
for an Arizona state agency, supporting a large, multi-phase greenfield enterprise system implementation.

Required:

• 10+ years
  of experience on large, multi-phase complex system implementations,
  preferably tax-related or financial systems
• 3–5+ years as a Scrum Master
  in a software development environment
• Demonstrated experience
  transitioning teams from Waterfall to Agile
• Experience managing complex dependencies on large greenfield enterprise systems
• Technical background
  , ideally having served as a developer at some point
• Excellent communication and vendor relationship management skills

Preferred:Public sector or fintech experience in a regulated environment Jira or Azure Dev Ops, including queries and reporting COTS product implementations end-to-end data management, integration, conversion, and cleansing.

The work:Coach a team new to Agile through the transition from Waterfall. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support backlog refinement and prioritization, coordinate dependencies across technical and business teams, remove impediments involving vendors, integrations, and organizational processes, and help clear technical roadblocks throughout the implementation.
