Empereon Constare External is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver front-line hardware, software and infrastructure support to end-users. The role includes deploying machines, configuring systems, and assisting both on-site and remote staff with day-to-day IT needs.
Role requires strong communication, network troubleshooting and the ability to work in a high-stress call center environment. Occasional non-standard shifts may be required.
