Platform 6 Ltd seeks a remote, experienced Service Now Lead ITOM / AIOps Technical Consultant/Architect for a 3-month contract. Part-time (about 30 hours/week) role based in the USA or EMEA. You will handle AIOps, configuration, event management, metric intelligence, health log analytics, CMDB, service mapping and root cause analysis.
Applicants should bring 5+ years in Service Now, ITOM, AIOps and multiple certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS). Rate negotiable.
