The Network Associate is an entry-level, client-facing IT resource focused on end-user support and desktop-level troubleshooting. As the first line of response, the Network Associate handles device setup, software installs, account changes, and common hardware or connectivity issues. Network Associate ensure staff remain productive by providing fast, reliable, and approachable support, while also maintaining accurate documentation and escalating more complex problems to senior engineers when necessary.

This role is ideal for IT professionals early in their careers who are eager to build technical depth, gain exposure to enterprise IT environments, and grow into more advanced consulting roles.
