• Lead the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated machine learning models for predictive analytics and data mining.

• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in data science and machine learning, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning), and experimental design.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, PyTorch).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
