We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dev Ops Architect with a strong foundation in Systems Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of our critical infrastructure and application delivery pipelines. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the reliability, scalability, performance, and security of our systems, while also driving architectural best practices and fostering a culture of automation and continuous improvement across our engineering teams.
You will be responsible for defining the architectural vision for our Dev Ops practices, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks, and ensuring our systems are resilient and capable of meeting future demands.

Dev Ops Architecture and Strategy- Define and champion the architectural roadmap for our Dev Ops infrastructure and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD):
Architect and optimize our CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable, and secure software releases. - Evaluate, select, and implement appropriate Dev Ops tools and technologies to automate manual tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance system reliability.
- Apply SRE principles to design and implement highly reliable and available systems, including defining service level objectives (SLOs), service level indicators (SLIs), and error budgets.
- Design and implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to proactively identify and resolve system issues, providing deep insights into system performance and behavior.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks across the infrastructure and application stack, implementing strategies for capacity planning, load balancing, and caching.
- Analyze system usage patterns and forecast future capacity needs to ensure our infrastructure can handle anticipated growth.
- Integrate security best practices into the Dev Ops lifecycle, collaborating with security teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Design and implement robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and ensure data integrity in the event of failures.
- Participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis to identify root causes and implement preventative measures.
- Promote a Dev Ops culture within the organization, advocating for automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Effectively communicate architectural designs, technical concepts, and project progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to other engineers on Dev Ops best practices and architectural principles.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
