speakit is seeking a Dutch and French-speaking IT Service Desk Agent to provide first-line technical support in a corporate IT environment. You will handle and manage tickets for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams and other end-user technologies, troubleshoot issues and escalate when required.
The role requires strong communication skills, patient customer service, and a structured troubleshooting approach, with remote work from Greece and entry into an international IT team.
