Script Pro is seeking a Pharmacy Support Analyst to troubleshoot, analyze, and maintain Script Pro systems, hardware, and software. You will use remote support tools to assist customers and advise on best practices for configuration and workflow.
This is a remote role with preference for Kansas City Metro area; some travel may be required. The role reports to the Supervisor, Technical Support and requires strong technical prowess, problem-solving, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
