**** Summary
* * The Product Adoption & Enablement Manager drives the adoption of every product One Digital builds and launches.

This role is the dedicated adoption and enablement partner to our Product Managers, owning the rollout planning, communication, coordination, and champion-network mechanics that turn a release into real usage, so Product Managers can stay focused on product strategy and delivery.  The role works across the full suite of applications supported and launched by the Product team, including applications added to the portfolio over time.

It is embedded in how the Product team operates, plugged into roadmaps and the operating rhythm closely enough to know what is coming, where each initiative sits in the rollout lifecycle, who is impacted, and what the communication, training, and enablement motion needs to look like. It is involved early enough to own adoption and enablement strategy across the portfolio proactively, rather than receiving a finished release and reacting to it.  

While accountable for building and executing structured rollout and adoption plans and for surfacing actionable insights, this role partners with Product Managers and business leaders, who retain accountability for KPIs and business results. The role exists to support the Product Management team, not to substitute for it. Product Managers remain accountable for ensuring their applications have the functionality and usability users need.

This role is accountable for ensuring users know how to use each application, understand what it can and cannot do today, are getting the most out of what exists right now, and are encouraged toward adoption overall.  ##

Essential Duties and Responsibilities ### Portfolio Visibility & Adoption Strategy
* Participate in the Product team's operating rhythm, including roadmap reviews, planning and prioritization discussions, and release readiness checkpoints, as a standing member of the team rather than an occasional invitee.
* Maintain a forward view of the portfolio: what is coming, on what timeline, where each initiative sits in the rollout lifecycle, and which audiences are affected.
* Own the adoption and enablement strategy across the portfolio, determining the communication, training, and enablement motion each initiative warrants, and sequencing that work across applications.
* Engage upstream, while releases are still being shaped, so adoption and enablement needs inform rollout timing, sequencing, and readiness rather than being addressed after the fact.
* Assess change impact early: who is affected, how significant the change is for them, and what level of support it warrants.
* Coordinate with L&D to ensure users know how to use each application and understand its current capabilities and limitations. Where adoption is constrained by missing functionality or usability problems, surface it clearly to the responsible Product Manager, who owns remediation.
