The primary function of IT Manager is to manage and support the company's technology infrastructure across multiple business units. This position is based On-Site in our home office in Glassboro, New Jersey with occasional travel as needed to our other locations. This individual will be responsible for maintaining hardware, software, networks, cybersecurity, and user support while ensuring reliable and secure IT operations.

• Administer and maintain company workstations, mobile devices, and cloud-based systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, printers, phones, and business applications.
• Manage Microsoft 365, user accounts, permissions, email administration, and security policies.
• Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including equipment setup, user provisioning, and access management.
• Support ERP, CRM, inventory, and business management systems used throughout the organization.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, managed service providers, and telecommunications partners.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, processes, and asset inventories.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and support company growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices related to information security and data protection.
• Lead technology projects including system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.

• Experience with ERP & CRM platforms.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations within construction, manufacturing, distribution, or wholesale environments.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure, firewalls, switches, wireless systems, and VoIP technologies.
• Knowledge of endpoint management and device deployment tools.
• Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, or related technical certifications are a plus.
• A minimum of an associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 5+ years’ IT administration or systems support experience.
