Meta Phase is seeking a Junior Business Analyst with a minimum of one (1) years of experience to be a part of a Federal IT team supporting our clients to transform their business and solve complex problems leveraging Service Now. This is a highly client-facing role where you’ll be communicating frequently with stakeholders. Candidates must work effectively in teams, be sharp, creative, well written, and articulate when speaking with senior client leadership.

• Gathering detailed business requirements.
• Working with stakeholders across the agency to implement solutions that meet customer needs.
• Supporting the development team testing out completed stories.
• Creating and communicating project documentation.

• A minimum of 1or more years of direct experience supporting Management Consulting and/or Technology Transformation efforts; preferably in federal government consulting.
• Possess strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Secret Clearance.

• 1 year of Service
• Hold Service Now certifications including Certified System Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC both Agile and Waterfall.
• HRSD Service Now experience.

• Compensation decisions are dependent of the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $75,000.
