Cloudbeds is seeking a Data Reports Insights Analyst to join our Customer Success team. You will turn raw hospitality data into decisions customers can act on by building, analyzing, and refining reports across the PMS reporting suite and coaching hoteliers on key metrics such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and channel performance.
You'll leverage advanced Excel/Google Sheets and BI/reporting tooling, translating complex data into clear insights for clients.
