Apis Services, Inc. seeks a Sr HRIS Analyst (Power BI | ADP) to partner with the Sr HRIS Manager in developing and optimizing HR reports and dashboards using Power BI and ADP Workforce Now. This role is 100% remote, with residency required in NY, NJ, PA, TX, GA, NE, CO, WI, SD, IL.
You will support day-to-day reporting, ensure data accuracy, and deliver actionable insights for stakeholders. Strong data governance, experience with HRIS platforms, Excel, and SharePoint are preferred.
