Getix Health is seeking an experienced Manager of IT Engineering to lead a multidisciplinary technology team and oversee a complex portfolio of enterprise technology initiatives.
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring someone who can operate across technology, data, software development, project delivery, quality assurance, and business operations.
The Manager will lead a team of approximately eight professionals whose functions may include product/project management, quality assurance, business analysis, technical analysis, data analysis, and report development
. The role also oversees a broad portfolio of approximately 30 concurrent company initiatives
, including major system implementations, telecommunications projects, reporting solutions, integrations, and other large-scale technology changes.
- Salary: $140,000–$150,000 annually

- What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary technology team of approximately eight employees.
- Establish clear priorities, performance expectations, accountability, and development plans.
- Identify skill gaps, succession needs, and professional-development opportunities.
- Balance workloads and align resources with changing business priorities.
- Build strong collaboration across engineering, software development, infrastructure, security, data, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Oversee approximately 30 concurrent technology initiatives with competing priorities and dependencies.
- Provide oversight for strategic technology projects with budgets of $1 million or more
. - Monitor scope, status, risks, resources, budgets, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Partner with executives and business leaders to prioritize initiatives based on business value, operational impact, risk, regulatory requirements, and available capacity.
