Our client is actively seeking a dedicated and insightful Senior UX Researcher to join their fully remote product development team. This role is crucial for understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations to inform the design of exceptional digital products. You will plan, conduct, and analyze user research studies, employing a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods. Your findings will directly shape product strategy and design decisions, ensuring user-centered solutions.

- Plan and execute user research studies, including usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries.
- Analyze research data to identify key insights, user pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate research findings into actionable recommendations and compelling presentations for design and product teams.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate user insights into the product development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to represent user needs.
- Stay current with UX research methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX research or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of research projects and methodologies.
- Proficiency in various qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Experience with user research tools and platforms.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to present complex findings clearly and persuasively to cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
