Digital Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing team and develop their skills in a hands-on, entry-level role. This role combines social media, audience research, targeted advertising, and performance analysis. You’ll help us understand our audiences, reach the right people, and improve the performance of our digital activities.

What we’re looking for

• Interest in digital marketing, social media, advertising, and understanding audiences;
• Familiarity with Meta Ads / Meta Business Suite and an interest in developing targeting skills;
• Analytical and structured approach, with an ability to work with performance data and KPIs;
• Good communication and copywriting skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

What you’ll do

• Research audiences and help identify the right people to reach through social media and advertising;
• Assist with setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns;
• Support social media management, including content planning, publishing, and community engagement;
• Track results, prepare basic reports, and use insights to improve campaigns and social media activities.
