About the RoleWe are looking for a data scientist who understands financial markets to build real-time pricing systems that produce high-integrity reference prices across thousands of assets. As a member of this team, you'll design the models and detection logic that keep those prices trustworthy under stress.
Responsibilities- Build real-time pricing systems
- Model complex, adversarial markets to understand risk origins
- Lead data forensics during incidents, including pre/post-trade analysis
- Quantify user impact and develop fixes to reduce recurrence
- Working knowledge of core DeFi primitives and on-chain signals
- Understanding of oracle price feed construction and common failure modes
- On-chain data fluency, including reading EVM logs/traces and understanding token standards
- Blockchain fundamentals impacting alerting and incident response
- Awareness of market microstructure and benchmark construction
- Experience with Chainlink data products and oracle attack surfaces
- Ability to read smart contracts in Solidity/Rust
- Experience in anomaly detection for financial time series
- Proficiency in Python/SQL with web3 libraries
- Portfolio demonstrating protocol health dashboards and data quality detectors
All roles are global and remote-based. We aim to have some working hours overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
