Customer Experience Strategist; Fully Remote

• Highly influential individual-contributor role reporting to VP, Risk & Operations.
• Work across Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Data, Finance, and GTM.
• Own Customer Experience Insights and Optimization.

• Uncover biggest opportunities to improve customer journey.
• Diagnose what is driving the experience.
• Shape customer experience priorities across SaaS and payments.
• Create momentum now while shaping what comes next.
• Influence high-value improvements across Plooto.
• Build a stronger Customer Experience capability.

What We're Looking For:

• Significant experience in payments, fintech, SaaS, or customer experience strategy.
• Strong understanding of how money moves through a payments business.
• Demonstrated track record of using data to solve systemic problems.
• Strong hands-on data proficiency using SQL, Databricks, Salesforce.
• Strong first-principles problem solving and business judgment.
• Experience building or improving a customer experience capability.
• Strong cross-functional influence and communication skills.
