The Salesforce Quality Assurance Tester (QA Tester) is responsible for crafting thorough and comprehensive test scripts to ensure the highest standards of quality are met on every user story. The Senior QA tester will provide recommendations on QA best practices, create test scripts, provide detailed test results, and work with the development team to explain results. The QA tester must be proficient in agile methodologies and time management to ensure testing completion within each sprint.
This position will be working directly with stakeholders and the technical team, and must be able to communicate effectively via phone, web conference, and MS Teams. The QA tester must provide detailed pass/fail documentation for all work products, must be able to navigate the application easily, and must ensure understanding of end state functionality prior to work entering a sprint. The tester will be working across 2 small applications.
BasicQualifications

- Active Public Trust Clearance (any agency)
- Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
- MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.
- 3+ years of experience in IT
- 3+ years of experience testing all product backlog items (stories and tasks) and providing pass/fail documentation for each product backlog item
- 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing project Software Quality Assurance Plans that conform to the requirements of the contract.
- 3+ years of experience working autonomously as the lead for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- 3+ years of experience conducting regular system quality audits
- 3+ years of experience reviewing and analyzing data and documentation related to system quality.
- 3+ years of experience authoring test scripts
- 2+ years of experience working in an agile environment
- 2+ years of experience creating test scripts for UAT
- Active DHS or DoW Public Trust clearance
- Strong experience working in an agile environment
- Skilled at analyzing existing system documentation to summarize existing system functionality as it relates to the project.
- Experience working across multiple projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and highly communicative
- Good understanding of basic system technologies as they relate to the project deliverables.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range- There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$67,355.00 - $
