UX​/UI Designer

Our client is seeking a talented and innovative UX/UI Designer to join their remote-first technology team. You will play a crucial role in crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences for their digital products. Working from anywhere, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure our products are user-centric, visually appealing, and easy to navigate, contributing to a seamless user journey and high user satisfaction.

• Conduct user research, create user personas, and map user journeys to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.

• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and data analysis.

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience with conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in a remote team environment.
