Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a customer-focused Epic Go‑Live Support Representative for a healthcare system implementation. This remote role serves as the first contact for end users, handling issue intake, documentation and escalation with a professional, friendly approach.
The shift is 2pm–10pm EST, duration 4–6 weeks, with a pay rate of $17/hour on a W2 basis. Prior call center or help desk experience and solid IT basics are preferred to support Go‑Live workflows.
